Assumedly, the topic may shift or evolve as you do research and
prepare. Please inform the instructor
when these changes occur. You are to
research a disease – with your topic you should list some possible causes and
some symptoms
10/09: Ten verifiable resources
for your presentation to be turned in to instructor. 5 points
This
should be submitted electronically (email), especially if there are websites.
10/24: Rough draft to be
turned into the instructor. 10 points.
No more than 12-point font. Please see

11/7: Final to be turned into
the instructor. 30 points. No more than

11/25: Presentations. 20 points Please

Things to keep in mind as
you prepare:
When you use information from a resource you
must credit the resource – footnote or literature cite.
Your audience will be your classmates – material
should be delivered to this level.
Be selective in the information you use –
confine your topic to something that you can discuss in a paper.
Be sure not to leave out
relevant and important details.
Ask your classmates and
instructor for guidance during the preparation process – more eyes/input often
improves the presentation.
